This video covers the 2016 New Jersey Tri State Spartan race held on the 22nd October this was my first Spartan race and I had decided to start with a Super which is between 10 and 12 miles long and 20 plus obstacles.
The cold was the worst thing for me, once you had been in and out of the water a few times my joints started to literally seize up and stop working, it took me most of the day to get warm again
