There are three rides each week Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, the two week day rides leave at 16:30 and take around an hour depending on skill levels and fitness, North Point includes Rutland and down in to Macaroni  and back to Rutland.

Tortoise ride starts from the Depot and takes in more of the South end of the island same kind of duration but steeper climbs and faster descents.

The big ride is on a Sunday morning this is around the island, approximately 16km and has some very technical stages, but lots of fun.
